KUOMBOKA: rated EXCELLENT

Kuomboka is the annual ceremony to welcome the king of the Lodzi nation back to his winter palace. This is a traditional ceremony where little to no regard is paid to visitors and tourists - expect to be 'barged' and pushed by crowds of drunk people - the Zambian Kuomboka cultural safari is a super experience if you have the stomach for it.
