How to Book

Telephone :

This is the best way to kick off the planning process. A quick 10 or 15 minute call usually allows us to start putting some suitable trip ideas together straight away.

Email :

This remains the method of choice for a good number of our customers when starting the trip building process. Particularly those who are in incompatible time zones or whose phone connections are poor. The downside is that this can be quite a drawn out process, with a few emails need to get to the same point as one call.

Ideas to help with planning :

Below we have put a few pointers to try to help customers gather their thoughts:

1. What countries, regions and lodges are of interest? Write as much as you like, general descriptions can be as useful as specific locations.

2. When would you like to start your trip? Specific date or dates, range of dates or general time of year.

3. Where are you traveling from? Usually your home location.

4. How and where do you plan to arrive in Africa? Please include full details of any existing or intended flights - including numbers, times or preferences etc.

5. How many people are in your party? Please include the ages of any under 18 or over 60 at time of travel.

6. Do you have a proposed budget per person excluding international flights? Please specify currency (US$, Euro, GB£ etc) or, any description of your budget that would get us going in the right direction.

7. Is there anything else you would like to add that will help us better understand the right style and content for your trip? Please feel free to write as much as you wish. Often information about yourselves ... your level of outdoorsiness, previous travel experience, likes & dislikes, aspirations for this trip etc - these thoughts are most helpful - anything you like. Generally the emails with the most information are the ones we are able to provide with the best initial responses.

8. Finally - Is there an ideal time that we could call you? Please supply number/s and a suitable time to call.
